Takov\u00fdm lidi\u010dk\u00e1m lze jen z\u00e1vid\u011bt, ale jen do t\u00e9 doby, ne\u017e je potkaj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my a ty se ob\u00e9zn\u00edm lidem nevyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed, ba naopak \u2013 \u010dast\u011bji je nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed a\u017e se u nich us\u00eddl\u00ed nast\u00e1lo.  Jsem proto vyznava\u010dem zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, mezi kter\u00fd \u0159ad\u00edm zdrav\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek a dostate\u010dnou pohybovou aktivitu. To znamen\u00e1 \u2013 v kr\u00e1tkosti \u2013 nep\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1m se, vol\u00edm zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy j\u00eddel, zeleninu a ovoce, v minim\u00e1ln\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo, nej\u00edm uzeniny, b\u016f\u010dek, prorostl\u00e9 maso a tak. Klasika. A mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1m dob\u0159e.  JEN\u017dE! Jak \u010dlov\u011bk dos\u00e1hne v\u011bku 50 plus, najednou zji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee kila se u\u017e nedaj\u00ed uko\u010d\u00edrovat a i kdy\u017e dr\u017e\u00edm, jak si mysl\u00edm, zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, kila stoupaj\u00ed neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou rychlost\u00ed vzh\u016fru. Neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou \u2013 t\u00edm m\u00e1m na mysli \u2013 co rok, to kilo. A\u0165 d\u011bl\u00e1m, co d\u011bl\u00e1m. A kdy\u017e u\u017e m\u00e1 v\u00e1ha nastoupala na hrani\u010dn\u00ed BMI, \u0159ekla jsem si dost! N\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1m \u0161patn\u011b. A by\u0165 neuzn\u00e1v\u00e1m ze z\u00e1sady diety, neodolala jsem a jednu oslovila. A co se stalo?  Zjistila jsem, \u017ee \u201em\u016fj zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl\u201c nen\u00ed ani trochu zdrav\u00fd. To, \u017ee j\u00edm m\u00e1lo, neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee budu hubnout. To, \u017ee si d\u00e1m k ve\u010de\u0159i jeden, by\u0165 n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00fd a vysoce proteinov\u00fd skyr, ale \u010dist\u00fd a bez ni\u010deho, neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010din\u00edm t\u011blu dob\u0159e, jak jsem se domn\u00edvala. Tak\u017ee, i ve sv\u00e9m zcela dosp\u011bl\u00e9m v\u011bku jsem p\u0159i\u0161la k pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee je st\u00e1le se co u\u010dit. A hlavn\u011b \u2013 jak m\u00e1 vypadat skute\u010dn\u011b ZDRAV\u00dd J\u00cdDELN\u00cd\u010cEK. Nechala jsem si poradit, \u0161la do sebe, za\u010dala j\u00edst V\u00cdCE! ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 kvalitn\u011bji a do ka\u017edodenn\u00ed stravy za\u0159azovala v jednom j\u00eddle to, co do n\u011bho ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pom\u011bru pat\u0159\u00ed \u2013 b\u00edlkoviny, zdrav\u00e9 tuky a sacharidy. A sv\u011bte, div se. Co jsem nedok\u00e1zala sama za \u201ex\u201c let, to jsem dok\u00e1zala s Ketomixem Bmikalkulacka za 3 t\u00fddny!
